David and I have always believed
The 'Burbs was so much more like real neighbourhood than a
talker, and I guess we've finally gone bonkers with the whole idea
of it, but hey, who's to stop us? Hehe..
We have now created the Burbs Webring, so people who want to see
what type of persons frequent our talker can bounce 'round from one
to the other without having to return to the
Burbs Homepage and back.
I think David thought I was batty when I told him about this idea,
but a few of my close friends said they'd do it with me if we got it
started, and Juma offered
to do the original graphic (many thanks to him btw, we loved it!), so.. here
it is.
How to join the Burbs Webring
It's painless, promise. All you need to do is grab
the code and insert it into your page.
Then you need to be asked to be added to
the queue to join the ring. Once you add yourself to the queue,
a nifty little computer checks out your site to make sure you have
the code inserted properly, and notifies us that you're all set to
be added. Then you find someone else in the ring right now and
ask them to add you to the ring. It's that easy!
Any questions?
Direct them to David or myself, we tend to be the nutters who
organise random things like this. You can mail us at the email
tag shown below, and if I'm lucky enough to convince him to logon,
we'll respond!
